Cooperation in German markets since 2018, with Willing becoming Teknoware in 2025

Dr. Ing. Willing GmbH, a renowned German supplier of emergency lighting solutions, successfully serving the German market for over 40 years, has been majority-owned by Teknoware Oy since 2018. In 2025, Teknoware acquired full ownership of Willing, and the company started to operate under the new name: Teknoware Deutschland GmbH. In 2025, the Willing brand and its product selection will be integrated into Teknoware, marking a new phase in the company’s 40-year history. The headquarters of Teknoware Deutschland GmbH is located in Berlin.
