Teknoware Escap self-contained luminaires provide a reliable and long lasting emergency lighting solution for your property. Instead of traditional batteries, Escap luminaires feature supercapacitors, eliminating the need for maintenance.
A self-contained luminaire system with a supercapacitor is designed for a service life exceeding 15 years and requires fewer maintenance visits than battery-based emergency lighting systems. Escap luminaires are virtually maintenance-free throughout their lifetime thanks to the long life of supercapacitors and high power LEDs. During the 15-year lifetime of a luminaire equipped with a supercapacitor, you won’t have to worry about replacing the backup power source or any other parts. Having launched Escap back in 2008, we know that luminaires with Escap technology are built to last.
Reliable and long lasting
All Escap luminaires come with a 12-year (2+10) extended warranty. All Escap exit and emergency lights are practically maintenance-free throughout their lifetime (more than 15 years).
The Escap product range covers a wide range of exit and emergency lights for different types of buildings and applications. The ambient temperature range of Escap luminaires is from -25°C to +35°C, making them an excellent solution for outdoor applications such as carports and parking garages.
Escap luminaires feature LumiTest self-testing technology. For remote monitoring, luminaires can be connected to an AaltoCtrl wireless central monitoring system.
