Intelligent Controller System

Teknoware’s Intelligent Controller (IC) system enables control of non-maintained addressable emergency luminaires and control of luminaires with any standard lighting control devices, such as light switches.

The IC system is compatible with Teknoware’s addressable 230 V central battery units and our addressable emergency luminaires. When the voltage in one or more distribution boards drops out, selected emergency lights turn on with AC voltage.

Any input of any of the IC Input Modules can be set to control any luminaire, or luminaires, in any circuit. Furthermore, logical switches can be programmed in the IC system. The inputs of an IC Input Module can form groups, which can control the luminaires. Each voltage input has its own galvanically isolated L and N connection. In addition to the IC Input module, an IC-interface with PC software is also required.

The programming of the IC system settings and the emergency lights is done during the implementation using PC software via a USB port into the IC Interface. The programming is saved in the memory of the central battery unit, thus, there is no need for a PC except during the programming.
