IK10 Protective Case TWTB120
Shock protection for Easy Combo lights when used as Emergency exit luminaires
The case functions as a protective enclosure designed to protect the luminaire from impacts and mechanical damage that can occur in public spaces, industrial environments, or outdoor use. The impact-resistant enclosure ensures the luminaire’s reliability and long service life even in harsh conditions.
The case has an IK10 rating. IK10 represents a shock resistance of 20 joules, which is equivalent to the impact of a 5 kg object falling from 400 mm above the impacted surface. The IK rating system is used widely for electrical and lighting products to help customers understand the level of protection a product offers against impact. The higher the rating, the greater the resistance to damage.
Note: The case is designed to be used when the luminaire is in emergency exit light mode.
