The King Abdullah Financial District (KAFD) is located near King Fahad Road in Al Aqeeq area of Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. The Financial District comprises 59 out of the tower in 1.6 million square meters. It will provide more than 3 million square metres of land for various uses, 62,000 parking spaces and a residential area for 12,000 residents. In 2011 this project was the largest project in the world seeking green building accreditation.
The buildings of the district includes Teknoware's Addressable 230 V Central Battery Systems and Addressable 230 V Centrally Supplied Emergency Exit Lights.
